• Organization and asset data: your company details and the domains/websites you add for monitoring, including ownership verification records.
• Scan data: results of read-only checks on your authorized websites (for example HTTP headers, DNS records, certificate details and detected component versions). We do not collect secret values such as passwords or the contents of exposed secret files; where a sensitive file is detected, only its presence is recorded.
• Usage and log data: basic technical logs and IP address for security, rate limiting and audit purposes.
• Payment data: handled by Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service.
• To run scans on the assets you authorize and show you the results.
• To manage your account, subscription and billing (via Paddle).
• To send you security alerts, verification codes and important service notices.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and keep an audit log.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. When you buy a plan, Paddle collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. 4. Email

We send transactional email (verification codes, password resets, security alerts) through our email provider. We do not sell your email address.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our hosting provider, Paddle for payments, and our email provider), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and scan data while your account is active. If you delete your account or an asset, the associated data is removed from active systems. Some records (such as audit logs and payment records) may be retained as required for security or legal reasons.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls based on roles, rate limiting and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data by managing your account or contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
