These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sentinal (the "Service"), an online cybersecurity monitoring tool operated by Sizaria Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), available at aicybersecuritytool.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sentinal performs automated, read-only security checks on websites and domains that you own or are authorized to test. It reports configuration issues (such as SSL, DNS, email authentication and security headers) and known vulnerable components, with evidence and remediation guidance. The Service is an external configuration assessment and is not a substitute for a full penetration test or professional security audit.
You may only scan websites and domains that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Before scanning, Sentinal requires you to verify ownership of each domain. Scanning systems without authorization may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any target, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from unauthorized scanning.
You agree not to: use the Service to attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to any system; resell or misrepresent the Service; interfere with the Service's operation; or use it in violation of any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases, which means Paddle handles payment processing, billing and applicable taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that Paddle adds at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle receipt link.
We may offer a free trial with limited usage. We may change or end trials at any time. Trial data may be removed after the trial period.
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which paid features stop. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Sizaria Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Findings and reports generated for your own assets are yours to use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Security Score and findings are risk indicators and do not guarantee that a system is secure or free of vulnerabilities. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every issue or be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for the security of your systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizaria Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
